Our Role
Solar Panels Danbury is an information and installer-matching service. We are not a solar installer, we are not a financing provider, and we do not design, sell, finance, permit, inspect, install, maintain, or repair solar systems.
If you submit a quote or assessment request, we may share the information you provide with participating third-party solar installers so they can contact you about your project. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Third-Party Quotes and Estimates
Quotes, proposals, savings projections, production estimates, bill-impact figures, financing examples, incentive information, and other project figures shown or communicated through third parties are estimates. Actual results depend on property conditions, system design, energy usage, utility rules, financing terms, eligibility, and other factors.
You are responsible for reviewing contracts and verifying claims, costs, qualifications, licenses, insurance, warranties, financing terms, incentives, and project details directly with the installer or other appropriate professional before making a decision.
No Warranty
The site and its information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that estimates, quotes, matching results, site content, or third-party information will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee savings, project approval, financing, incentive eligibility, installer availability, workmanship, completion, or performance.
Independent Installers
Participating solar installers are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. We are not responsible for an installer’s statements, proposals, products, services, conduct, delays, omissions, contracts, financing arrangements, installation work, warranties, or ongoing support. Any agreement you enter into with an installer or financing provider is between you and that third party.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the site to:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information.
- Impersonate another person or submit another person’s contact details without authority.
- Interfere with site operation, security, forms, or connected systems.
- Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site abusively, or use it for unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solar Panels Danbury will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, lost data, lost opportunities, property damage, or disputes arising from your use of the site, reliance on estimates or quotes, interactions with third parties, or an installer’s products, services, conduct, or performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue site features and may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
